Photos do what promises can’t. A window pulled from a 1980s block home in Carrollwood tells you more about our work than any tagline. Below are real job stories from across Tampa, each with the same ending: a written price first, a clean floor at the end, and a window or door that finally does its job.

Single-Hung to Impact Glass in Seminole Heights
Before
AfterThe old aluminum single-hungs had fogged seals and frames that rattled every time a bus rolled down Florida Avenue. We pulled them out, corrected rotted sill corners on two openings, and set PGT impact single-hungs in their place. The homeowner gained a quieter living room and an opening that no longer leaks conditioned air into the June humidity.
Fogged Picture Window to Low-E in Westchase
Before
AfterThe original picture window faced west, and by 4 p.m. the room became a sunroom with a fogged strip down the center. We replaced it with an ES Windows Low-E insulated unit sized to the original rough opening, so no stucco work was needed. The room now holds temperature through the afternoon, and the view of the conservation lot is actually visible again.
French Door Swap in Palma Ceia
Before
AfterThe old wood French doors swelled every summer, which meant a two-handed shoulder to open them from the inside. We installed a Therma-Tru fiberglass set with adjustable sills and multi-point locks. The doors now swing open with one hand in August, and the deadbolt actually throws without the homeowner lifting the door by the handle.
Slider to French Door in New Tampa

The track on the old slider had been bent for years, and the rollers announced themselves across the whole first floor. We framed the opening down, set a pair of CWS outswing French doors, and re-flashed the exterior properly. The family gained a wider walkway to the lanai and lost the morning sound of aluminum grinding on pitted track.
Bedroom Windows in a 1960s Ranch, Temple Terrace

These crank-out awning windows would not close fully after decades of Florida moisture worked on the operator arms. We set Mr-Glass casements with fresh screens and tightened the exterior trim to the original brick. The kids’ rooms are quieter at naptime now, and the parents can open a window without a pair of pliers.
Rotted Frame Repair with New Double-Hung in South Tampa

Water had worked behind the original frame for years. The bottom corners were soft to the touch, and the sash tilted inward whenever someone tried to raise it. We cut out the rot, rebuilt the sill with treated material, and set ViewLux double-hungs with new interior casing. The window opens and stays exactly where you set it, which the homeowner had not experienced since moving in.
